Sumit Mehra.

Product leader — 300M+ users, $50M+ P&L, and a 0-to-1 founder. Two decades building consumer and platform products, through the mobile wave and now the AI one.

I love building and scaling digital products. For a little over two decades I've built consumer and platform products across gaming, communications, and live-service businesses — and lived through two defining waves: mobile, and now AI. I've taken products to 300M+ monthly active users, owned a $50M+ P&L, and led 100+ person product and engineering organizations across the US and India. My craft sits where product meets experience and economics — creating the moments customers remember, designing monetization, and engineering retention. In 2024, out of a personal frustration with how opaque and unfinished buying a new home felt, I founded MHXP — My Home Experience: a bootstrapped proptech startup now running independently at ₹12 Cr a year.
